A question for all those involved with ferrying airplanes from say Asia/Africa to the US..
Is it true that the pilots need to have a visa for each country where they stop for either refueling or overnight stay?
I was informed by someone that there is an international provision which allows for Flightcrew ferrying an aircraft, a 72 hour temporary permit to stay in a country on arrival. Has anyone ever heard of it or utilized this facility??? :suspect:
