It's difficult (specially if you don't even know how to do some basic research in an internet forum and/or read instructions before posting... :ugh:)

A Quick look of Etihads website, tells you this, on the A320 fleet:
A minimum of 1500 hours total flying time and
A minimum of 1000 hours on multi crew,glass cockpit jet aircraft of which 500 hours should be on the A320 and
ICAO ATPL,valid licence and medical
If you look at the A330 or the 777 its even worse.
