Does anyone recall Indian DGCA ever taking enforcement action against an operator, or its aircrew, for operating with inappropriate licences or lacking appropriate certificates and ratings, current experience, or for non compliance with MELs, and the like?
Looking at the odds it may be financially beneficial to stop doing proficiency checks, simulator training, recurrent training and the like. In fact I get the impression that you have to follow this policy in certain sectors of the aviation industry just to keep up with the competitors.
I am wondering if there is any chance of getting caught and if so whether any enforcement action will be taken.
