would be really grateful if any Pilots or Navs(regardless of age or experience) could fill out my questionnaire on the following link:

Have looked at your thread, suggest that this method of sampling for your reasearch would lead to doubts to the reliability and validity of your research.The first question one would ask when you critique, is how do you know that the respondents are all Pilots or Navs, you can't assume that everyone accessing this forum is such.. .Suggest that if you are doing this towards an academic degree contact the military establishments to ask them for their participation as they would help, and you would achieve your sample size of 40 or more.
