Let's put together a list of airlines currently hiring. Your inputs will be appreciated. Please don't a smart $%# and say none are hiring and nobody will find jobs. Let's be constructive and help each other. So who is hiring and how many pilots are expected to be hired?

Do you mean airlines hiring "experienced pilots" or airlines hiring "wannabes" with limited experience.

If its the latter, then the answer is NONE unless they are a source of revenue!

Not only that; why on earth, in this every-man-for-himself situation which we find ourselves due to the state of the market, would you come on here and share a gem of information with a load of complete strangers, massively increasing your competition for that elusive job in a few keystrokes?

This whole forum of Pprune is to help folks find jobs out there - with advice and guidance for the serious contender.

Pprune is not like other websites. It is NOT used to advertise either jobs or for pilots to advertise themselves for hire. If you want job adverts - buy Flight!

Those who are training and entering the industry will have their ear very close to the ground and will have a better knowledge of what is coming up.

So before this thread wanders off topic and gets hijacked with more mundane comments, I'm closing it!
