Thomas Cook flight - Calgary to Manchester 2/10 - where is it now ?

Can you guys help me here.

Supposed to have picked up relatives from Manchester this morning who were travelling on TCX031L from Calgary ....... I hear there is a lengthy delay and they are in hotels at Calgary Airport.

The Manchester Airport website initially said flight had gone from 07.25 arrival this morning (3/10) to 23.55 ....... the flights has now been taken off flight arrivals at Manchester Airport.

Anyone know what is happening ? I am gutted for the relatives as for one of them it is their first trip to the UK in 20 years !

Also, looks a serious delay ..... anyone know why ?

A search of the MAN Live Flight Information shows above flight now due into MAN from LGW at 02.00 tomorrow.

PS; It is on arrivals as due at 02.00.

Thanks for the update.

Just found out from the remaining family in Calgary that the flight has just left for Gatwick and not Manchester (it was supposed to go YYC >> MAN >> LGW originaly but now operating YYC >> LGW >> MAN).

Also heard there is now no catering on the flight as they left the food on the aircraft yesterday and after some 18 hours now deemed unfit for use.

Not a great travelling experience ....but at least they were accommodated in hotels and not left to fend for themselves.

The Gatwick website shows the flight arriving FROM Manchester @ 02:20.
The Manchester web shows the flights arriving FROM Gatwick @ 02:00

Called CanadianAffair and they claim it will arrive direct from Calgary???

Family arrived OK at MAN at 03.12 ....no food of flight.

Apparantely the ground crew emptied the wrong plane on the ground !
