View Full Version : Radio Scanner advise please
Does anyone know of a shop in the north of england that sells radio scanners. I don't want to buy off the internet but have a look at a range of products and have a chat with some one who knows what they are talking about!

where abouts north of england?
if you are anywhere near manchester airport then there is the shop in T1 arrivals (i think) or there is also the shop at the Aviation Viewing Park. both, i should imagine, will be able to give you expert advice.

There's always Air Supply in the High Street in Yeadon, beside Leeds/Bradford Airport. Speak to the owner, Ken Cothliff, and he'll keep you right.:ok:

Maplin stores tend to sell lot of radio scanners, but they tend to be quite expensive.
