Does anyone know why there are two BMI Airbus aircraft parked at Dublin for a while now. One of them hasn't moved in 3 weeks I think its G-MIDS not sure though.

From the libhomeradar database I see that G-MIDS is active today on charter flights from/to DUB but it does seem to have been parked here for several days, after operating LHR-DUB on the 22nd. Presumably it was not needed for scheduled services during this period.

It is currently a spare aircraft and is used for charter work out of Dublin as required and if the Dub-LHR aircraft goes tech also can be used to support any tech issue.

Used today on a Dublin-Lourdes (Tarbes) charter.

This is not correct - no BMI aircraft has been parked at Dublin for 3 weeks. As other replies suggest an A320 is occasionally parked on the west apron as a spare or between ad hoc charters.
