Im looking for links and articles, especialy about the history and origins of the Black Box inside the airplanes.

Which black box are you talking about?, most are black, TRU's, FADEC, IRS, ect.

Yes.. but wikepedia is not a trusthful source of information, and I need that informations for (I dont know how to say in english, Im Brazilian) a "work" in the colege.

You can get some information on FDR from this document http://asasi.org/papers/2007/The_Evolution_of_Flight_Data_Analysis_Neil_Campbell.pdf.
If you need more technical details about FDR you need to refer to ARINC specifications ARINC 573 and ARINC 747.
ARINC specifications are not open source documents, you need to buy them from Aeronautical Radio Incorporated USA.
