Bahrain Medical in UK?

Can anyone advise me where in the UK I can have a medical which is accepted in Bahrain. A doc's contact details would be really appreciated. Is an FAA medical accepted?

Also, would anyone know if I can just get a validation from an FAA licence to operate in Bahrain?

The Bahrain CAA website is none too helpful, hence these questions.

Go to Google and look for Dr. Ian Perry. He once did Oman and FAA as well as CAA.
