Anyone know why this aircraft is doing runway pass's in opposite direction to departing traffic gear up - been round about 6 times so far??

Is it the calibrator aircraft?

Sounds like it....dont they use Kingair 200's.

Watched it several times today and i assume it's doing some sort of calibration tests for the new ILS.

I cannot tell a lie....it was me...

Commissioning of the new ILS on runway 23R at MAN.

The aircraft will be conducting a further 2 nights of flying to complete routine checks on the 05 ILS's and the installation on 23R.
