Pace Airlines - Kaput?

Seems that the rug has finally been pulled from beneath Pace Airlines in the US Defunct airlines:2009 (http://www.airlineupdate.com/airlines/airline_extra/defunctairlines/defunctairlines_2009.htm)

I think Pace was involved in the very tacky Hooters Air episode in the early 2000s. No loss there, then.

Pace was recently sold and all the former Hooters family/inlaws are out of the picture as they were paid.
The main reason for Pace problems now is that their rather large MRO contract w/Continental was withdrawn, due to Continental's lower flying demand.
I know a new arrival at Pace, and he is a no nonsense guy whom is reorganizing the whole show, from the executive suite....IE, downsizing as it were.
