Anyone had any experience (good or bad) with an overseas mortgage through ClearWater Mortgage Plus Ltd?
If not, any recommendations for a mortgage in Hong Kong to purchase an overseas property?

NAB Asia and LLoyds do multi-currency mortgages on foreign properties. I know people who've used both and are happy. However, be very careful about changing currencies away from the currency of the country the property is in. It seems to be as easy to lose as it is to win!!
