Was PAX on the FR508 into Bristol tonight; the crew seemed to have real challenges in acheiving a stable approach and we ended up breaking off at about 3 or 4d (my guesstimate) after a lot of thrust setting changes, some quite aggressive.
Anyone aware of what was going on at Bristol tonight? W/Shear? - Surface wind was negligble.
Nothing more than idle curiosity following my 5 minute detour round the Somerset countryside.
