Sydney runway 25

Aircraft have been landing on 25 all morning. I thought it was supposed to be closed for improvements to over run. Confused!

Good to see that little lip on the end of Rwy25 being done, on the edge of the Creek, ah-la HMS Invincible for the British Harrier "Jump Jets".
Hopefully it will prevent another Melb TKOF over-run incident by getting the aircraft up into ground effect. :ok:
