Hello members, To become a test pilot is it necessary to be a military pilot.
If no, then please suggest some test pilot school where I can enroll.

Myaviation, in UK the odds are about 1:6.5 million. In India I think you will find the odds are a little higher.

Looking at your other posts, it looks as if you are 27 and not yet a pilot. Money also seems to feature in the answers there. Exactly how do you intend to become a pilot.

You seem to be a little slow in selecting your lifetime vocation. Have you thought of being a train driver?

PN...I've told you a million times ....Don't exaggerate.... In the Fleet air arm we have circa 1500 pilots and each year one will be selected for test pilot training.....

NTPS - National Test Pilot School (http://www.ntps.edu/) is an American civilian Test Pilot School, but you need a minimum of 750 hr pilot-in-command, a bachelor's degree in mathematics, science or engineering and US$840,000. Good luck ;)
