I am just looking for some general ideas how diffrent GHA go about implementing the various charges to pax of their customer airlines. Examples being FR U2 and BE bag charges.

Does anyone know of a company who charges their agents who fail to spot a bag not paid for? And what sort of percentage commission do some agents get?

Any thoughts would be appreciated. :ok:

i mainly do FR. we charge £40 aci, £20 per bag, £15 per kg over, ment to charge pushchairs, carseats ect but dont!
we also charge £30 at pre q checks at the gate for oversize hand luggage. id say an average agent makes a good 1 maybe 2 grand per week in excess, oh n we dont get any commission or insentives. most of us try get pax to take out as much as poss, n either fill h/l right up to 10kg, or wear as much as poss to get the charges down. id rather save pax money n make less for ryainair, especially when theres no insentive to charge
