Lufttransport in Norway are doing it with the A109E. Website only in norwegian at Lufttransport AS (http://www.lufttransport.no)
I'm pretty sure Arctic Air does.

French Navy does it for deep sea pilots from Cherbourg.

The aircraft is provided by Artic Air, but it seems Artic Air maybe in $$ trouble

The National Ports Authority, in Durban, South Africa use helicopter's for transfer of harbor pilots as their primary method. (A109)
