CL850 Pay scales

Can anyone give me any ideas of pay scales for a Captain operating a CL850 private ops or AOC Ops in and around Europe, seem to having the wool pulled over our eyes at £65,000 Capt £38,000 F/O doing approx. 400 hours per year with no real roster, per diems vague, etc.

900 Eur a day/ pilot flying and 720 for pnf for my aircraft - if this info helps

Intriguing. Does that mean that when the FO is Pilot Flying on a sector (s)he earns more than the skipper who is PNF for that sector?
