One Jet placed on two AOCs???

Dear all,

sorry for this "stupid" question. But could anyone of you folks explain if it is possible to place a Jet e.g CL604 on two seperate AOCs?

E.g. CL604 allready on an Swiss(HB) ---> could it also be registered on Austrian (OE) and to offer commercial charter flights

It might be legal, and on past history, they can certainly make it work.
