No you can't tell yet, at least not from that view. You've got a nice femur length view, but the jiggly bits are still hidden.
It's a lot easier to see in real time, rather than the static view!
I do like how they marked the "head" and "body", just in case there was confusion!

a fetus but it's a form of baby anymore. But we cannot identify if it is a girl or boy except if we can see the result.
