live flight following sites?

I just wondered if anyone knows of a website where my father can follow my flights? There seem to be ones for north america but im in the uk and fly round europe, anyone know any?

The FAA allow flight tracking companies such as Flight Aware and Flightview a "live" feed (delayed by about 15 minutes) from their ATC for all flights within US airspace.

AFAIK, no such agreement exists elsewhere in the world, although I stand to be corrected...

I believe you can view flights around Schipol with a 15 min delay as well. Can't remember the URL though.

And isn't OPENATC "live" ?
