Bradfield, Berks? (Just west of Pangbourne).

It also did a low-level circuit at 'Model-Mania' at Cholsey, between Didcot and Benson at around 1440. It takes a lot to distract me from the last lap of an F1 Grand Prix with a British driver about to win, but that certainly did.

The flying programme is detailed here:
Battle of Britain Memorial Flight - July 2009 (http://www.raf.mod.uk/bbmf/displayinfo/july2009.cfm)

But nothing provides an answer to why it should have overflown Sandhurst..? At that time it should have been several hundred miles north.

indeed... was no more than a couple of miles away and very low level...

I was at the FAST museum at Farnborough airport when it did a low fly past around 1530. No idea why?

Fitter2 - and from Cholsey she went to the Vachers' airday at N Moreton. Top of Cholsey Hill was the perfect vantage point for the whole thing!
