Seems that there is a 727-100 enroute to Kinshasa from S. Florida that may have gone airborne without final sale completed!

If so, I would not like to be the Captain, as if it's true, he could wind up with some serious jail time if proven....and caught.

Seems they buyer and flight deck are not to blame but the broker may be. At least the broker is in the USA!
