Now, don't get me wrong - if he was as suggested in the piece, he deserved it. But does it suggest a novel approach to RoE, or have I missed something?

I imagine many regular posters on this forum will be outraged by this latest story. Yet again a fatal error had be made in the use of the word 'drone' instead of UAV or UAS or whichever wording is their current favourite:E

Although without getting into a theological debate on it, you can't substitute one myth for another Beags...;)
Agree with Navaleye. UAV's may not be the best tech advancement for the stick and rudder pilot, but for the warfighting aspect it takes some beating (bit like the TB :E)

Dunno. Do you mean a novel approach to complying with them or writing them? Or do you just not like them (although you don't know what the ROE are)?
