Hello all,
Just wondering if anyone, from this side of the Atlantic, knows what it takes for the NTSB to include a pilot rep. from the union to aid or monitor the investigation into a crash? I believe it is called according 'party status'. Anyone from Air Log or PHI have any idea? It is standard practice for the NTSB to invite an ALPA rep. for an airline accident.Any reason why the helicopter companies don't get the same treatment? I mean apart from the standard mindset of "there are proper pilots and then there are chopper pilots".
