I was a bit disappointed at lack of some "Regulars".
eg. No Grumman "Cats", no "Corsairs", no "Catalina", no "T6s", no T28s.

However, pleased with what did fly, and the results.

Great photos OPF - I took about 2,500 pics over the course of Sunday and am still sifting through them!

TFC's aircraft didn't fly due to a dispute with the CAA, hopefully this wil be resolved soon.

The real star of the show for me was the FW190.

I was talking to Nick Grey [son of TFC owner Stephen] on the Thursday before the show, and he says the problem will be readily resolved, but not in time for the show. Us Duxford regulars thought it was a brilliant show, and nice to see it without the TFC regulars . I don't mean that in any derogatory way at all, but was refreshing to see more of aircraft that we DON'T usually see. More variety for me at Oshkosh next week, and it will certainly be much hotter!!.
