Printing FLOWN tickets at HKIA??

Quick question - where is the machine for printing "FLOWN" tickets located at HKIA? I know there is such a beast, just can't find any reference to it on intraCX.

Take stairs down a floor , they are opposite first class check in.
Turn left at bottom of stairwell.
Thru door and turn right
CX office is about 10 m on your right.
