Last Sunday 5/7/09 Trislander 11.30am flight to Auckland from Claris Airfield lost a propeller six minutes into flight.The plane made an emergency landing at Claris airfield.

I suspect the increased drag from the doorway and spinnerless cowling would be a bit greater than that lost by shedding the prop.
