Hi
Why do UAV Controllers (mainly USA & UK Forces) seem to wear Flying Suits when operating UAVs even though they are thousands of miles from any aircraft ???. (Are they just posing) so what stops them wearing ordinary uniforms like most people, I have also noted that staff I have seen in Northwood wearing Camo's ??:confused:

Well credit where credit is due. It takes every other UAV thread at least 4 posts before the "flying suit issue" arises.

Not this time. Straight in at number 1!

Nice (suggest you search every other UAV thread/topic to grace Pprune).
:ugh:

Yes - some people in the military do wear what you might call 'camos'. It is often worn as 'uniform'. Some people at Northwood wear that as 'uniform'.

Hope that helps.
