I am dumbfounded.
Soon the man will propose not landing at the destination airport at all. You'll get a disposal parachute made in China, and a free last-will-and-testament form.

Yeah, 'just seen it myself. It has to be a windup, another PR stunt or just a joke. How would it ever get approval? 'Too many safety issues.
