Can anyone kindly point me in the right direction on the www where I can buy the pilot testing software preparation (i.e little what you encounter at BA during selection).

There's always European Pilot Selection & Training, IPAS England (http://www.epst.com/com/ipas.htm)

I only used that to give me an indication, along with improving my mental maths and it got me through the OAA selection.
