hello,

Going to Duxford on the 11th, flying into Stansted with Ryanair. According to the Duxford website you get the train to Cambridge and then by bus to Duxford .Has anyone gone to Duxford by this route ? i would be greatful for any advice you can give me.

One hopes you will arrive at Stansted (note, no a in Stansted), sorry but's it's a major airport, people should be able to spell it correctly.

The nearest alternative is Royston (also on the rail network), check with Tourist Information to find out if anyone is running special buses for the event.

No "a" in Stansted except of course the one between the t and the n.

Besides if he copied it from the Ryanair ticket it probably does say Stanstead.

Go on line,
Search under "Duxford Shuttle Bus".
There is a "Free" bus service Cambridge-Duxford Airshow

Gives Time Table and Pick up points.
eg Cambridge Railway Station every 30 Mins from 08.30

Also I think you would agree my reply is more helpful than the
previous 2 , which I thought were Banal and about as much use
as a Chocolate Teapot.
