Anyone have a clue as to how Gulf based ground ops appointments stack up against those from elsewhere?

Given they can pick the best right now and probably get away with paying the least, some kind of ballpark figure would be interesting, say for Dispatch Officer or Ground Ops Manager ?

Anyone?

Take home for a load controller at Glasgow, computerised and manual loadsheet trained for just about bloody everything, airside driving permit, ops supervisor experience working for a national ground handling agent, 6-on/3-off (sometimes!)...

Salary just over £1200, normally about £200 shift pay on top of that, to average out around £1150/mth take home after all deductions (tax, NI, union membership and odd days they decide not to pay!).

I need to get a new job... ! :{
