Hey all!
I am trying to do some research on Caribbean Airlines, so is there anyone who has any information about hiring process, requirements, business outlook, working conditions and so on?

Thanks in advance,

cheers

Their site is still bwee.com.

I am pretty sure you would need to be a CARICOM/OECS national and have a T&T ATPL to get started. There is no longer a pilot union at Caribbean Airlines, but I am sure something may arise in the future.

So far as I know the only base is Trinidad.

Thanks!
T&T ATPL, how do you convert a FAA CPL or JAA frozen ATPL?

I believe that now your IR is automatically validated, regardless of origin (FAA/JAA). With the FAA you have to sit conversion exams (6 maybe?), with the JAA licence most of your work might be done alreay, with the exception of air law.
