Apologies is this question has been asked/answered at some point in the past, but:

As a BMI silver card holder, what can I expect to get 'gratis' on a domestic flight starting from Heathrow? I know I'm entitled to 'free catering' from what my little booklet tells me, but that could vary between a £1 kitkat or one of everything on the menu. Up until now I've been used with BMI Regional where catering is free but comensurate with your ticket (i.e. business/ecomony).

sandwich/panini, choice of drinks, teeny bottle of wine for example.
Not great, but better than nothing.......
