I understand there are some recent developments concerning the loss of the World Focus Airlines owned MD83 CFIT accident on approach to Isparta on 30 November 2007. Turkish news sources are reporting that a number of company employees are to be tried in July. This seems rather at odds with previous rumours that it was pilot error.
Has anyone seen the final accident investigation report.

Thank you for the link, having read the report I remain somewhat puzzled that both the FDR, CVR and EGPWS were u/s and that FMS was not loaded with SID and STAR s. With all this in the background the crew were outside the pattern for the approach and landing flapless at 10 miles.
