Does any one have any hot tips and tricks for keeping aircraft clean and polished, also interior cleaning in biz jets to help keep costs down.

Yes.

Externally fly through all the rain you can find. The odd sandstorm, polishes things up quite nicely.

Internally, tell the passengers/clients to clean up their own mess!

Tell the F/A to clean those stairs and to vacuum the cabin as well..that's what we do :D

It's much easier if you have a newly refurbished interior/new aircraft to maintain that condition after every flight, than to try and periodically "deep-clean" it back to health again. Act like the boss's new aeroplane is YOUR new car......you'll definitely be helping the F/A to do the polishing then!
My rule was that we all have to live and work in the same aluminium tube, so we all have a collective responsibility to look after it, cabin AND flight crew (and engineers too). It is always easier to keep the a/c looking 100% than to maintain it at say 98%, which looks just the same as 97% or 96% etc. Set the highest standard, and be disappointed when YOUR workplace fails to achieve it.

Ask for a price offer from your local car refurbishment company, they can do wonders with old/worn leather seats, stains in the carpet etc etc without charging huge loads of money.
