Not sure if this is the right forum so I apologise in advance if not.

Relatives going on the Air Canada AC865 flight to Motreal tommorrow from EGLL. Tickets dont mention terminal, ac type etc so I was hoping someone could throw some light.

Last time I flew, it was from terminal 3.

Not sure of a/c type could be A330 or B767
