Forty-two years ago a French adventurer hijacked a Hawker Siddeley 125 business jet over Spain and forced the crew to fly him to Algeria.

It was one of the very first aerial hijacking ncidents and a very high-profile one at that because the passenger was Moise Tshombe, a former Congolese PM wanted by half-a-dozen governments.

The pilots of the chartered jet were David Taylor and Trevor Coppleston, both Brits.

Whatever happened to them? Anybody in touch with either?

Dave Taylor went to BY, was later seconded to KA in the 80's, and then returned to BY.

Great thanx. Do you know where he is now?
