Hi, just wondering what the entry level salary is on average for a new co-jo with any of the main North Sea operators, and how is pay back for type ratings etc deducted from pay. I know none of them are hiring, and its all doom and gloom etc etc, but Im just trying to do some research. Approx figures would do and all replies are greatly appreciated,

Bristow from Sept 09: £46k

Training bond £15k, reducing 5k per year.
No deduction to salary, bond only paid back if you leave (by choice!) within 3 years.

Bristow wins!?
