Just discovered this..
Google Earth 5.0 has a really cool flight sim option where you can fly around the landscape (complete with 3d buildings) in either an F16 or an SR22 - its free and absoloutely terrific fun..

Fantastic! I've not got my Flight Sim discs at the moment, but do have my joystick... So, I can satisfy my desire to fly for the time being!

Wow! This is great fun. Managed to crash my fighter onto my home - but due to the fact that Google Earth is always a few years behind with it's images I won't feel the impact till late 2011.
