My wife just arrived at SFO from NRT. Flight delayed an hour because Japanese officials are checking everyone for flu symptoms, event those leaving the country. Not clear what they're doing to outbound pax that test positive. Everyone on plane given face mask. Flight was not nearly full, so I'd expect even longer delay on full flights.
