How much money will CX save the next 10 years if we all sign?

Great to split that number into a payrise and a save for the company.

I'm voting no out of principle.
I'm 43, left seat, based and AOA member.

It's another very sad period in most CX careers and wondering what working longer for CX will do for your well being..
How much effect is the bad relationship to the company having on your health and family????
I know what it's done to me.

No sorry, I did meet one, a 57 year old extendee desperate to work to 65. Where did the desperate come from? Your blinkered view no doubt! As you are no doubt DESPERATE that no one gets anything but you.:ugh:

You guys will just never learn will you? I'm sure that comments like these will convince the more senior pilots to have some sympathy for your plight. Oh, one other thing, flying with many of you leaves no doubt that your comments will come back to haunt you in 10 to 20 years.

Air Profit. Well said!

I am absolutely amazed at some of the stuff I've read here.
