Gents:

For those of you waiting for these villas, have you been able to go see them on the inside at all? If yes, is there much difference between 3 and 4 bedroom villa size? Someone mentioned he thought the 3 bedroom ones only had single car parking???

Along the same lines....

Does anyone know if these places use gas or electricity for stove/oven.

Would be nice to be able to go in and measure for particular appliances.

Normally, I would send these questions to the EK Housing dept, but by the time they answered, I'd be retired!

Thanks for any info and feel free to PM me as well.

Are all villas to be leased out to EK for crew?

Contacted,
I think you're confusing EK with a company that cares about the welfare of its employees.

Is there any link,or pics, for the 558 community (besides the al waha)?

Intention was to take some pics, but the sand storm was so bad, almost missed the mandatory turnoff.

They look finished, and I assumed waiting for leci.

I will try to get some pics later this week, access to the site is limited, but from the outside looks very nice compound.

Except for the next 12 mths of over/under/cross pass.
Then the 12 lane highwa E611, and the traffic to the motor racing circuit.

Simple - just don't grass the back yard. Steal 10 pavers every time you go out for a drive. And get the kids to bring one home from school every day.
Should have the place looking great in no time. Just remember to sweep them down, not hose.
Now that's a green initiative. :ugh:
