Fantastic! Has anyone checked out some of the other videos on their website, they're really good. It's really brightened up my day!

Very good.

Grandpa Elliot is just how I imagined the old blues singers down in New Orleans to be. And how chilled out is 'washboard Chas'

Guys it takes a little while to buffer in, leave it a few moments it should start then.

Lon - try here:

Playing For Change | Song Around The World "Stand By Me" on Vimeo (http://vimeo.com/2539741)

If a window pops up from firewall, chose to accept (Toestaan),
it is just an "ActiveX-besturingselement".

Personal comment: Me and that sort of music do not get along.

oopspff7, thank you very much for posting that.

Brilliant concept, ditto execution. :D

... and as for the song; that and love is what life is all about ...

Brilliant stuff, a true illustration that music is an international language which has, nor needs, any boundaries.

One Love is just wonderful

The thing about that song, as played by the musicians is it's four chords; D, Bm, G & A in that order, without deviation. So it's straightforward & in A440. That means it's comparatively easy to disappear off round the world, get everyome in tune & nail it without trouble. Truly the universal language of music, or rather the grammar of music.

No detracting from a lovely piece of art, but the expediency makes sense.

Roger & All,
For as far as I am concerned, here is just one musically illiterate, in most music genres,
thus I should have refrained from giving any comment.

Greetings!
