Can somebody please explain why any sane SO or FO (who is not close to or in their 50's) would voluntarily sign away potentially 5 plus years of BPP for the dubious benifits of COS 08 when any 55+ retirement issue (if indeed that is of concern to the individual in the first place) is on average 15 to 25 years away and in that time RA65+ will more than likely have become law?:ugh:

Please?

I must be missing something. If not, I suspect the company will very soon be paying a couple of hundred plus drivers a higher pay grade than their worn rank for years to come.:D

The company will always bet on stupidity because it has always paid off in the past.

Where did the 14 year figure come from as a place to start "ghosting" command pay? This would be at least 4 years more than the average time to command over the last 30 years.........

Exactly! A very concise and accurate synopsis of the game in play...
