By utilising near frictionless snow and ice in place of a frictionless conveyor belt, Bloggs conclusively proves that an aircraft will not take off from a conveyor belt.

(Or was he trying to prove the converse, that an aircraft cannot land on a frictionless conveyor belt?)

Sweedish Pilot :- " 'Snow problem, Cliff. Slide over to the other seat and see what you can see"
Pax (Cliff) :- "I might just 'fall' for that one Ivan-ski!"
Ivan-Ski :- "Feel 'free to fall' if you want, but don't 'chute' me if it's 'terminal'!"
Cliff :- 'pundering' "I rather not, I'm feeling a bit 'ropey' now"
Ivan-Ski :- "Stop 'hanging' around and go get some help!"

Now you tell me! :}

Had a hell of a hangover when I landed a few weeks ago - as pax. Blooming Hostie took pity on me and kept on feeding me G & T's!!! Bless her!!!! :ok:

Suppose I could have said "No thanks" but, well, she was so friendly! (With her G&T's - nothing else before you lot get going!!!) :\

Tracks to cliff edge, aircraft hanging on rock...

I like the way they have to add: "after a landing attempt went awry" :}

They made a movie about this - "Picnic at Hanging Rock". The above was a picnic wasn't it?
