Does anyone know which countries you are allowed to fly commercially in with the NZ CPL? Is it just NZ or any of the ICAO and would I need to do anything other than paperwork to fly there or would there be another skills test and exams? thanks

I think most ICAO states would require you to convert to the local license if you wish to fly a locally registered aircraft. If you were flying a ZK- registration overseas you would require a NZ license.

Each state will have their own methods for conversion, some simple like the NZ/OZ TTMRA which is a form and cheque, others complete nightmare like the conversion to a JAA license...

You'd have to research each state you plan on flying in.
