Hi, I'm after a favour.
I'm doing some research on Tiger Airways. Could anyone comment on :
Reward Strategy - Pay/Pension/Bonus/Development/Allowances etc
Staff Turnover - Hi/Lo Too Much? Any particular areas?
Employee engagement - How are you regarded by Tiger? Do you feel part
of a team? Are you valued?
And finally, do they live up to their promises?
